Helps newly arrived refugees and migrants settle into Victoria, with adult English language, vocational and pre-employment programs plus employment services for both jobseekers and employers.

The Gordon Skills and Jobs Centre

Free career and employment advice for Wyndham residents getting ready for the Australian job market: career planning, resumes, key selection criteria, interview confidence, job search strategy and course advice.

The community arm of North Melbourne Football Club, using the power of sport to improve education and career outcomes for young people aged 15 to 25.

A not-for-profit supporting people of all backgrounds with employment, education and connection to services, providing comprehensive employment support across the western region of Melbourne.

Wyndham Community and Education Centre

Based in Wyndham for almost 50 years, Wyndham CEC supports people aged 16 to 64 into local employment and education, with strong employer relationships that let them job-match candidates directly.

Key programs: African Employment Broker, Junubi Wyndham, Julia Gillard Community College, Fresh Start (15–24), Reconnect, Connecting Carers, plus short courses and training
How they work: Youth and CALD-focused, tailored to the individual, one-to-one support available, bi-cultural workers

Youth Projects

Youth-focused employment, education and training support, and the only youth-specific Transition to Work provider in Wyndham. Drop-in centre in the middle of Werribee.

Key programs: Transition to Work, Youth Holistic Outreach, Queer Psychosocial Outreach, The Little Social (supported hospitality training and employment), employability and pre-employment readiness programs
How they work: Youth-centred with individualised support, barrier removal, intensive job readiness assistance, and ongoing support to employers after placement
